In order to protect the rights of investors, prevention of violations, as well as organizing and developing a transparent and fair market of securities according to paragraphs 8، 11 AND 18 OF ARTICLE 7 OF THE SECURITIES MARKET LAW OF THE ISLAMIC REPUBLIC OF IRAN (ARMAH 1384 OF THE ISLAMIC CONSULTATIVE ASSEMBLY) AND IN LINE WITH THE INSTITUTIONAL REFORM OF CORPORATE GOVERNANCE IN ACCORDANCE WITH ARTICLE (H) OF ARTICLE 4 OF THE FIVE-YEAR PLAN Sixth Development of the Islamic Republic of Iran،This directive was adopted on 27/04/1397 in 6 chapters, 44 articles and 24 notes to the Board of Directors of the Securities and Exchange Organization
