Alborz Bulk Company, as a pioneer in the production of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs), declares its policy for establishing an Integrated Management System based on the standards ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018, and commits to their correct implementation and awareness of their processes. Considering the strategic position of Alborz Bulk Company, which is a competitive state (ST), it defines its policy based on the following cornerstones:

ST1: To increase interaction and benefit from the experience of seasoned consultants, and to provide more extensive organizational consulting to customers for product introduction and the creation of a competitive advantage by achieving a superior track record.

ST2: To exhibit a positive response from senior management towards changes and to redefine strategies during various periods of sanctions and price fluctuations in the supply of raw materials.

Policy Principles:

1. To respect customers and pay attention to their needs and requirements within the framework of legal and national regulations.
2. To emphasize Research and Development (R&D) activities, knowledge management, and the continuous enhancement of the knowledge, awareness, and individual skills of employees.
3. To develop human resources by recruiting specialized personnel, and by facilitating and improving the welfare of shareholders and employees.
4. To apply up-to-date technology and technical knowledge and increase daily production by identifying the current and future needs of customers, enhancing the company’s competitive and customer-oriented capabilities, and transforming it into an effective, efficient, and value-creating organization on both national and international levels, and to be recognized as an environmentally friendly, safe, healthy, and results-oriented organization.

The Managing Director, while committing to providing the necessary resources and infrastructure for the established standards and their continuous improvement in fulfilling legal obligations, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), acts as a guide and leader for the organization. The management, upon receiving periodic reports from the Quality Assurance Manager and making decisions based on data analysis, is responsible for establishing the Integrated Management System and commits to ensuring that all employees and workers participate in achieving the desired objectives.

This policy will be subject to continuous review on an annual basis.
